• Business account and workspace information.
• WhatsApp Business account, phone-number and connection information made available through Meta.
• Customer/contact information and conversation content handled for the connected business.
• Automation, template, campaign, audience, knowledge-base and AI-assistant configuration created by users.
• Technical, security and diagnostic information needed to operate the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, connect WhatsApp Business accounts, send and receive messages, display conversations, run automations, provide AI-assisted responses, manage templates and campaigns, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain security.

4. WhatsApp and Meta data

When a business connects WhatsApp through Meta, information is also processed under Meta's applicable terms and privacy policies. A business administrator controls which WhatsApp Business assets are connected to MAD DIGITAL.

5. AI processing

If AI features are enabled, relevant prompts, conversation context, knowledge-base content or business instructions may be sent to the configured AI service to generate a response.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the platform.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account credentials and platform data.

9. Your choices

Businesses can disconnect WhatsApp assets from MAD DIGITAL and revoke Meta permissions from their Meta Business settings.
