FAQ

Pricing questions

Is receiving messages free?

Yes. Receive incoming WhatsApp messages completely free on MAD DIGITAL: we do not charge a platform fee for receiving incoming messages, on any plan. Receiving a message is never counted against your monthly outgoing-message limit, AI reply allowance or any add-on quota, and nothing is deducted from your wallet.

How are outgoing messages priced?

Every message you send is charged at the rate for its category (marketing, utility, authentication or service) shown on this page. There is no free outgoing-message allowance.

How long is the customer service window?

24 hours. The window begins when a customer sends your business a message, and each new incoming message from the customer resets it. The window decides which kind of message you may send (free-form replies inside it, approved templates outside it); it does not make outgoing messages free. Messages you send are charged at the applicable rate.

Does my plan change the message rates?

Most plans use the standard rates shown here. If your plan has its own rate for a category, the pricing table shows it next to the standard rate.
