Data Deletion
Businesses and users can request deletion of eligible MAD DIGITAL account and workspace data.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email associated with your MAD DIGITAL account.
- Include the workspace/business name and clearly state that you are requesting data deletion.
- We may request reasonable verification before deleting data to protect the workspace from unauthorized requests.
Disconnect Meta access
You may also remove MAD DIGITAL from Meta Business Integrations and disconnect WhatsApp assets from your Meta Business settings.
What may be retained
Some security, billing, audit or legal records may be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the service.
